Hillary Flowers (she/her) is a Management Analyst in the Fellows Management Branch in the Office of Intramural Training and Education. Prior to joining OITE, she served as a program analyst in the NCATS Information Technology Resources Branch, focusing on programmatic and change management initiatives. Hillary is also a 2020 graduate of the NIH’s Management Intern Program. She first began her career at NIH as a program specialist in NHLBI’s Office of the Scientific Director. Hillary holds a dual bachelor’s degree in English and Secondary Education from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in public policy from American University.
In her free time, Hillary enjoys reading, yoga, movies, teaching herself the piano, and baking up delicious treats for family and friends.
