Who can post positions

The OITE Jobs Board provides NIH principal investigators and staff, as well as recruiters and employers outside the NIH, the opportunity to advertise positions to the biomedical research community.

Who views our jobs listings

Our jobs listings tend to be opportunities available to biomedical trainees of various education levels, including college students, postbaccalaureates, graduate and professional school students and graduates, and postdoctoral scientists. Our job listings reach several thousand job seekers per month, trainees from NIH as well as across the country and the world.

How to post a position

Gather information

To post a position, you will need to provide information in the following categories:

Position

Position title, employer name, location, remote status, about the position, qualifications, disclaimer (fine print), and any additional details

Position taxonomy

Minimum education required, position type, sector, scientific focus area

Application

Application requirements, contact information (name and email), application website/link to application, application deadline

Submission

Submitter name and email (for OITE's internal use only), notes, additional comments

Use the submission form to submit information about the position. Read all instructions carefully and reach out to us if you have questions.

What to expect after your submission

You will receive an email within five business days of your submission notifying you of the status of your posting. Positions will be approved and posted no more than a week after being submitted and will remain live until the expiration date or 90 days, whichever is shorter.
