The Micevic Lab is currently seeking a post-bacc with an interest in the fields of T-cell biology, immunology, and epigenetics. The group is interested in cancer immunology with specific interests in identifying epigenetic regulation of CD8 T cell memory formation. Using mouse models, single cell approaches, genetic perturbation tools and clinical tissues samples, the group aims to lay the foundation for the next-generation of cancer immunotherapies. https://medicine.yale.edu/lab/micevic/
About the position
We are seeking a motivated, resilient individual who is interested in translational research applying molecular biology and immunology approaches to understand tumor immunology. During this time, the successful applicant will obtain training in cell culture, tissue sample processing and preparation, common lab techniques and in immunology techniques such as FACS and single cell sequencing.
