About the position
Individual projects are defined collaboratively based on the candidate’s experience, interest, and goals. Expectations are to take ownership of an independent project that can serve as a foundation for future independence. Concurrent collaboration within and beyond the Turner lab is encouraged. Career development opportunities include preparation of original manuscripts, reviews, and grants as well as presentations at local and international meetings. Salary is $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience, and includes excellent benefits and an appointment at Harvard Medical School.

The successful candidate will be highly-motivated and academically-oriented with a record of accomplishment and relevant Ph.D., M.D., or Ph.D./M.D. training. Specific experiences will vary, but a strong desire to advance knowledge and learn and develop new technologies is required.
