Job
Postdoctoral Fellowship in Molecular Structure and Functional Genomics
Organization
National Eye Institute, NIH, Bethesda, MD and surrounding area

Genetics and Genomics, Structural Biology
The Section on Molecular Structure and Functional Genomics is part of the NEI intramural research program, using a broad systems approach to integrate genomics, structure and function and evolutionary perspectives to study the eye and its diseases.
About the position
We are investigating unexpected functional roles of proteins involved in normal and pathological processes in the eye, particularly aging disease in the retina and lens. This work combines structural analysis with cell biology and animal model approaches.
