About the position
The Community Health and Trauma (CHaT) Lab is looking for a postdoctoral research fellow to support and train in the implementation of a multiple site randomized controlled trial, testing a trauma-focused intervention with women who have experienced homelessness and justice-impacted women in correctional settings. The postdoc fellow will be expected to longitudinally engage with this study from start-up through data collection. ideally, the postdoc fellow will establish a related separate thread of this study, unique to the candidate's own background experiences and interests. Overall, the CHaT Lab is interested in systems and model of care innovation, towards improving engagement in integrated primary/preventive care with historically disenfranchised and often-under reached populations disproportionately impacted by trauma. Postdocs with experience and interest in community engaged research methods and understanding the impact of chronic, complex trauma and co-occurring conditions on health outcomes are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
Minimum education required: Doctoral degree. Interest and experience in community engaged research preferred; interest in and experience with populations experiencing homelessness and/or justice-impacted populations preferred.
