About the position
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate for the position of lab manager in the antibody field. The successful individual will be responsible for managing and developing lab staff to ensure the effective operation of the antibody lab, devising, and implementing strategies to resolve process improvement issues, and collaborating with other operators to assure efficient and accurate sample handling that meets client needs.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in biotechnology, bioengineering, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in lab management or team management in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
- Profound experience in planning and managing workflows for antibody production, purification, and characterization.
- Familiarity with protein analysis techniques, such as SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, ELISA, or advanced immunoassay platforms.
- Proficiency in the use of automated liquid handling systems and LIMS.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional project and personnel management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks, and effectively managing competing priorities.
