Thriving Thursday – Using Self-Compassion to Help us to Stay Connected to our Values and Reach our Goals
Speaker: Sara Hunter, OITE
About this event
Many confuse self-compassion with giving ourselves a pass when mistakes are made or goals aren’t reached. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. Practicing self-compassion helps us reset purposefully in response to setbacks and recenter around what’s important to us and what it will take to reach our goals. Join us this Thriving Thursday where we will learn and discuss tools of self-compassion to help us stay connected to our values and goals, even when things feel overwhelming or when we misstep.
