Journaling is a great way to tune into your thoughts and emotions, work through challenges, and support your goals. This meeting includes four prompts with a focus on:

- gratitude and joy
Whatever your goals -- to feel happier, manage stress, think more clearly, get to the next chapter in your life -- making time in your busy life to journal can help you get there.
