Event
New to NIH Support Group
Speaker: Ulli Klenke, OITE
About this event
Beginning work at the NIH can bring on number of different stressors, including adjusting to the demands of a new lab or research environment, connecting with colleagues and other social supports, or managing feelings of self-doubt and imposter fears. In addition, understanding the logistics of working at the NIH can be overwhelming. Together we will discuss the challenges many encounter in this transition and provide support through community and practical-skill building. This group accepts trainees on a rolling basis and meets biweekly on Thursdays at 11am ET.
