About this event
As the holiday season is fast approaching, some of us may experience overwhelm, anxiety, stress, loneliness, or sorrow which can affect work and overall well-being. If you anticipate experiencing challenges during the holidays, consider joining us for groups on managing overwhelm and distress during the holiday season. Each week between 11/25 and 12/16 we will cover a topic related to common difficulties over the holidays. See below.
- Monday 11/25 at 4PM: Managing Difficult Conversations and Asserting Healthy Boundaries with Family and Friends on Thanksgiving
- Monday 12/2 at 4PM: Coping with Grief and Loss over the Holidays
- Monday 12/9 at 4PM: Coping with Loneliness over the Holiday Season
- Monday 12/16 at 4PM: Managing Holiday Stress with Self-compassion and Psychological Flexibility
